Cancellation Policy

Since some ingredients are prepared more than a few days before the date of reservation and we cook carefully the valued ingredients that our growers produced for us, we appreciate you to contact us as soon as possible of any change or cancellation.

50% payment of the meal will be charged when you cancelled on the day before the reservation date.
100% payment of the meal will be charged when you cancelled on the reservation date or No show.

Information of reservations for all guests to enjoy meal comfortably.

  • We may phone you for confirmation regarding the details of reservation.
  • We ask previous visiting history to change the menu content for variety.
    If the customers do not provide us any details or clear visiting histories, we may serve the same dish. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
    The same menu may be served to the customers who visit several times a month due to selecting the best ingredients in each season.
  • We may not accept the future reservations when the cancellation has occurred without informing us. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Please contact us by e-mail (info@restaurant-ode.com) for a special occasion or request such as reservations for more than 6 people.
  • Please inform us in advance if you have food allergies etc. in order for us to prepare one course of chef’s selection.
    Changing the menu on the day may be not accepted because of preparation and availability of ingredients. We apologise for any inconvenience in advance.
  • There is no strict dress code however, we recommend not too casual clothing.

Reservation
