さて、当店は2月28日をもちまして、現在の『おうど 第二章』としての営業を終了させていただく運びとなりました。
開店以来、多くのお客様に支えられ、日本料理と手打ち蕎麦を通じて数々の温かいご縁をいただけたことは、私たちにとって何よりの宝物です。
これまでの皆様からの多大なるご厚情に、スタッフ一同、深く感謝いたしております。

ひとつの節目を迎えますが、これは次なる挑戦へのステップでもあります。
現在、皆様にさらなる喜びをお届けできるよう、新しい形での再始動に向けた準備を進めております。

As the cold of winter deepens, we hope this message finds you in good health and spirits. We would like to express our deepest gratitude for your continued patronage and support.

We are writing to inform you that “Ode : Chapter 2” will conclude its current operations on February 28, 2026.
Since our opening, we have been blessed with the support of so many wonderful guests. The warm connections we have built through our Japanese cuisine and handmade soba are our greatest treasures. Our entire staff is profoundly grateful for the kindness you have shown us.

While this marks the end of a chapter, it is also a step toward our next challenge. We are currently preparing for a new beginning in a different form, aiming to bring even more joy to our guests. We hope you will look forward to our “next evolution.”

Until the end of February, we will continue to serve you with our utmost sincerity and hospitality. We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant one last time.
